Ofgem to be sued over 80% hike to energy price cap

A pressure group said it plans to sue Ofgem over its 80% price-cap rise which it says will ‘devastate families’ this winter.
Ofgem raised the energy price cap on Friday, upping the average household spend to £3,549 a year.
