The new trade agreement between the UK and the European Union (EU) has been signed.
However, many of the outcomes set out in the referendum’s mendacious or at best wishful thinking ‘propaganda’ from the UK Government, have not been achieved for Wales. One hopes that the 52% who voted ‘Leave’ didn’t understand what the consequences would be.
