Filipino husband-and-wife singing duo, Charlotte Mae Bactong and Jeffrey Bactong Jr, collectively known as Sweetnotes, bring their music to California and several US cities this July, as part of their Biyaya (Blessing) concert tour.
The General Santos City couple began their music journey by posting renditions of classic ballads and pop hits amid the pandemic, which built an audience both in the Philippines and abroad.
Sweetnotes kicked off their US tour in June with shows in Honolulu and Las Vegas.
This July, they are set to perform in four cities across the Filipino hotbed of California, namely San Francisco, San Diego, Stockton and Los Angeles.
They finish the tour off this month with shows in Houston, Amarillo, Portland and Seattle.
Joining them on tour as their guest artist is fellow General Santos City singer Aera.
Ahead of the tour, on July 1, the Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco congratulated both artists for proudly representing Filipino talent on the international stage and wished them luck in their music careers.
