With another unforgettable and historic set for Coachella weekend 2, BINI took over the Mojave stage once again in full Filipina bloom. They returned to the stage with a refreshed, high-impact set that amplified their global moment.
Here’s how the nation’s girl group switched things up for the weekend.

1. ‘Strings’ as the opener
BINI kicked off their weekend 2 set with “Strings,” replacing “Shagidi” from their first weekend performance. The change immediately gave the show a sharper, more intense opening energy.
The group first appeared in sparkly, edgy ensembles before pulling off a quick onstage wardrobe change into metallic purple and rose gold outfits paired with silver boots.

The performance also highlighted a fan-favorite part of the track, where each member is introduced individually with her name and slogan.
2. Multilingual introductions
Taking representation to another level, BINI introduced themselves using different Filipino languages.
Maloi spoke in Batangueño, Stacey in Ilocano, Aiah and Colet in Bisaya, Gwen in Bicolano, while Jhoanna and Sheena used Tagalog. Mikha, on the other hand, delivered her introduction in English.
The segment struck a chord with fans, especially Filipinos watching both live and online, as it highlighted the group’s roots on a global stage.
3. The ‘MaColet’ moment
A sweet interaction between Maloi and Colet quickly became one of the most talked-about highlights of the night. During their performance of “Salamin, Salamin,” Maloi kissed Colet on the cheek, sparking cheers from the crowd and fans online.

4. An emotional finale with the Philippine flag
As BINI wrapped up their set, the mood turned heartfelt. The Philippine flag flashed across the screen behind them.
Colet addressed the crowd, saying, “Thank you for being part of our journey.” The audience responded with loud chants of “BINI!” as the group took in the moment.

Gwen then added, “Mabuhay sa mga Pilipino! Maraming salamat Coachella, thank you for being part of our journey, we’re going to remember this forever.”
