A nine-year-old girl has been fatally shot in Liverpool.
Merseyside Police are investigating the ‘abhorrent’ incident, which took place in the Knotty Ash area of the city at 10pm last night.
Officers attended a home on the street after receiving reports that a man had fired a gun inside the property.
They found the nine-year-old girl with a gunshot injury to the chest. She was taken to hospital…
