Help to Buy Wales extended – but price cap reduced and new rule over broadband
The Help to Buy Wales scheme is to be extended for a third phase – with some changes for the new offer period.
The home ownership scheme, which was due to close to applicants on March 31, 2021, will be extended until March 2022.
There is also the possibility for a further extension until March 2023, subject to the availability of funding from the UK Government.
