Pop star and actress Hilary Duff is making back-to-back headlines returning to the music scene with her first album and world tour in over a decade.

Her sixth studio album, “Luck… or Something,” was released on Feb. 20 and featured on the setlist of her ongoing mini-tour, “Small Rooms, Big Nerves.”

Duff’s last major tour for her fourth release, “Dignity,” ran from July 2007 to February 2008. Following her fifth studio album, “Breathe In. Breathe Out.,” released in 2015, the “Lizzie McGuire” star went on hiatus from music, focusing on her acting career.

But after nearly two decades, the 2000s teen idol returns with the “Lucky Me” world tour. It will run from June 2026 to February 2027, traveling to the US, Canada, Ireland, Wales, England, Scotland, New Zealand, Australia and Mexico.

‘Ready to share’

Speaking to Glamour magazine, the former Disney star said she felt ”ready to share” more candidly about her life in this new album.

“I’ve had a very complicated life, and my parents had a very complicated thing,” she said. “I know it’s not rare [and you could ask,] ‘Why share now?’ I guess I just felt ready.”

The album’s lead single, “Mature,” is about a relationship Duff once had with someone older than her, which now felt “inappropriate” looking back.

In an interview with CBS Mornings, she confirmed that the track, “We Don’t Talk,” is about her strained relationship with her sister Haylie, calling the rift “absolutely the most lonely part of my existence.“

Potential world tour setlist

The setlist from the opening show of the “Small Rooms, Big Nerves” tour included a mix of nostalgic hits like “Come Clean” and Lizzie McGuire anthem “What Dreams Are Made Of,” as well as tracks from Duff’s new album.
