McDonald’s is ditching iconic McFlurry spoon for paper version

McDonald’s has announced it is replacing plastic cutlery with paper spoons, knives and forks.
The fast-food giant said it hopes the move will eliminate 858 tonnes of plastic each year.
Bosses say the new cutlery will be made from renewable, FSC certified pressed-paper.
