Retail and leisure scheme in Northumberland coastal town gets go-ahead
Planning permission has been granted for a retail and leisure scheme at a coastal town.
The scheme at Blyth, Northumberland, will be made up of a number of ground floor retail units plus a first floor space which developers Blagdon Estate says could be used as a gym or a restaurant.
It has been designed by Newcastle architects IDPartnership, and will be anchored by a 3,750 sqft Co-op convenience…
