Russia will offer OPEC + to respond to the recovery in global demand for oil, which has now reached 90% of levels seen before the pandemic, Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said on Wednesday.
“We hope for a rapid recovery in demand and we will offer to respond to it under the OPEC + agreement,” Novak said, quoted by Reuters.
