Originally founded in 1991, Lollapalooza is a globally renowned multi-genre music festival that features some of the biggest names in pop, rock, hip-hop and electronic music. Held annually in multiple countries, its flagship event in Chicago draws massive crowds and serves as a cultural hub for music fans around the world.
Prior to the announcement, SB19 had already been expanding their international footprint, most recently appearing at Japan’s D.U.N.K showcase. There, they collaborated with J-pop group BE:FIRST.
At the same time, the movement is not happening in isolation. Nation’s girl group BINI, recognized as the first P-pop act to perform at Coachella, is currently deep in preparations for what is expected to be one of the biggest performances of their career. The group is reportedly undergoing intensive training as they gear up to take on the massive festival stage.
BINI is scheduled to perform on April 10 and 17, joining a lineup featuring global artists like Sabrina Carpenter and Justin Bieber.
