LOS ANGELES – A man who was a child actor nearly 20 years ago is suing Sean “Diddy” Combs, alleging sexual assault.
The plaintiff is identified only as John Doe in the Los Angeles Superior Court complaint. Doe contends he and the rapper met in 2007 at an occasion in the Hollywood Hills and that Combs offered to talk to him about the plaintiff’s career potential.
Instead, he took Doe to a secluded area, plied him with alcohol and inappropriately touched the boy before engaging in lewd conduct with the plaintiff over the latter’s objections, the suit alleges.
Combs told the young actor he would “see where they would go from there for the role he had in mind” and departed, the suit further states.
A representative for the 56-year-old Combs called the plaintiff’s actions “false and ridiculous.”
Combs is serving a 50-month sentence in federal prison for prostitution charges.
Also named as defendants are Lang Talent, its founder Diedre Lang and the Amsel, Eisenstadt, Frazier & Hinojosa Talent Agency.
The suit alleges the agents knew about Combs’ alleged “sexually deviant propensities” and negligently failed to keep the plaintiff away from him. (CNS)
