Tourism return sparks recruitment drive at Sunderland’s Hays Travel
A recruitment drive has been launched at travel agency Hays Travel as the Sundrland firm looks to bounce back from the coronavirus crisis.
The firm – which doubled in size at the end of last year when it bought the former shops of failed rival Thomas Cook – is looking for additional staff to join its workforce of 3,000 as it starts to re-open its 650 stores around the UK.
